These easy, inexpensive, pants take only about 15 minutes to make, so we just about live in them during the summer. They are great for slipping on after a day at the lake or the pool!
The pants will fit most kids from age 4 to about 10. Of course on the older ones, they will be more like shorts than pants. You can find the extra large bandanas in the men's section of Wal-Mart, and online, if you'd like to make some for bigger kiddos.
I originally saw these pants in a Martha Stewart Kids magazine, a few years ago. I can't find the magazine now, so this is my version. I don't know how closely it resembles the original.
